The upper floor consists of guest rooms including a lounge with a kitchenette corner with complimentary supplies of tea, coffee etc and a microwave. You can fix a snack at any time, watch TV, listen to music, read a book ...relax.

Downstairs there is the family living room, office, bathroom, toilets and bedrooms. There is a guest bedroom used in busy times or for a group travelling together. Also the main kitchen, laundry, and dining room in which meals including breakfast are served.

Each upstairs bedroom has a fantastic view of the harbour and parts of the city. They face east so you wake to the morning sunshine.

The Rose Room has a Queen bed. Guests in this room share a shower room and separate toilet with guests in the Bouquet Room.

The Bouquet Room may have either a Queen bed and a Single bed, or two King Single Beds.

The Green Room may have either two King Single beds or a Queen Bed and a single bed. Guests share family bathroom and toilets.
